PROFILE

SAPORI D'ITALIA (TASTES OF ITALY) is an exhibition of food, wellness and health.

It enables connoisseurs to experience the charm of the famous Italian cuisine, presented by leading manufacturers and traders.

The event demonstrates advanced technologies, combining tradition and innovation to meet the changing customer requirements. It is a forum of successful business contacts, offering B2B meetings and direct meetings with customers.

SAPORI D'ITALIA presents the trends in the technology and marketing of healthy and organic food and drinks within the framework of seminars, organized jointly with the University of Food Technology. 

The expositions are located in the City of Wine and Delicacies along with exhibitors’ stands from the prestigious international exhibitions “Vinaria” /of vine growing and wine producing/ and “Foodtech” /of the food industry/.

            “Tastes of Italy” is part of the only Balkan forum for agribusiness, wine, food and equipment jointly with the prestigious exhibitions “Agra” – for agriculture, “Vinaria” – for vine growing and wine producing and “Foodtech” – for the food industry. They presented last generation technology, equipment, products and services along the whole chain from field to table. The forum provides an effective platform for business and advertising as it attracts many thousands of professionals. About 700 companies from over 30 countries and more than 40 000 visitors from Bulgaria and Europe participate in it every year.

 

“Customer Choice” competition

The ranking is made based on the ratings of the visitors, tasting meat and dairy products, canned food, bread and confectionery, wines and spirits, presented by the participants in the exhibitions “Vinaria”, “Foodtech” and “Tastes of Italy”. The award-winning products are rapidly expanding their market presence as they are distinguished by the most demanding jury – the consumers.
