Before the event 

• FAIRINFO.FAIR.BG - the new electronic (online) catalogue of the exhibitors at International Fair Plovdiv. The online catalogue is activated after the expiration of the deadline for participation (30.06.2010) and is updated on a weekly basis. Upon registration, visitors have access to all the information provided by the companies. The exhibitors catalogue is available online one year after the event's closing.

During the event

• The online catalogue is also accessible from the information kiosks located at the Fairground and the PCs available in the Services and Information Centre.
• Information about the allocation of the exhibiting companies, their addresses and scope of activity can be obtained at  the Information Desks located on the Fairground.

Appointment request

From the online catalogue of the exhibitors, upon registration, the visitor can  request an appointment with an exhibitor. The request is emailed directly to the exhibitor. The automatic system sends a reminder (a week before the event) to the exhibitor about the appontment request.
