• Application Form (Form1)
  • Deadline - 24.09.2010
  • The rental of the exhibition area covers 2 calendar days prior to the opening, the duration and one day after the closing of the event.
  • The working hours during the assembly period are from 08:00 to 21:00, and 08:00 to 17:00 hrs within the dismantling periods.
  • The opening hours of the exhibition are from 08:00 to 19:00 for exhibitors, from 09:00 to 18:00 for visitors and on the event’s closing day – till 13:00.
• Form 2 and 2B - for Catalogue and Information System
  The exhibitors are included in the online catalogue of the event available under http://fairinfo.fair.bg
  It is activated after the expiration of the deadline for participation (see Form 1)  - 24.09. and is updated on a weekly basis. The catalogue shall be available until the next online catalogue of the same event is published.
  • Form 2B is for registering of reresented companies. Represented companies are companies, whose exhibits are displayed during the exhibition event, but no company representatives are present at the event.
