"New Life. New Technologies" is the slogan of this year's International Technical Fair. Businesses relating to green technologies and clean energy are to dominate among the exhibitors. They offer a wide range of advanced solutions, including equipment and systems for the utilization of renewable energy sources and environmental protection to cost effective household applications.
Notwithstanding the crisis, companies from 44 countries take part in the 67th edition of one of the most prestigious European forums of investment goods and technologies organized by International Fair Plovdiv.
Russia is Partner Country of this year's International Technical Fair.
The international participation is larger in comparison with last year. A great number of business associations, chambers of commerce and industry from the Czech Republic, Austria, Germany, Turkey, Greece, Taiwan, etc. will be present at the Autumn Fair. This attests to the endeavours to further activate the contacts not only between businesses, but also on a larger scale.
More than 80 innovative products, including 31 worldwide and 12 European innovations, are to be shown at the Autumn Fair. They are the result of the companies' efforts to seek solutions in a changing market environment.
The global trend, also outlined at AUTUMN 2011, is the new environmental awareness of businesses. Nature is still the primary source of resources, but greater care is taken in the efficient utilization and environmental protection, which are the underlying reasons for the development of modern technologies, machines and products.
An official delegation of CEFA – the Central European Fair Alliance that combines the efforts of 22 trade fair organizers, will visit the International Technical Fair. CEFA Chairman, Mr. Klaus Dittrich and CEFA Secretary General, Mr. Franz Reisbeck arrive in Plovdiv on this occasion. "There are several well-developed exhibition centres in the Balkans and International Fair Plovdiv is the most important among them, internationally renowned for its experience and traditions" affirmed Franz Reisbeck during his visit in June last year.
