New Solutions for Businesses at Autumn Fair 2013 

New business solutions are to be demonstrated at the 69th edition of the International Technical Fair. The most important technology sector event in the Balkans is being held from 30 September to 5 October 2013 at the Fairgrounds of International Fair Plovdiv.

The innovative ideas presented of the participants in the forum are aimed at equipment modernization, expansion of the markets for investment goods and technologies producers, project financing. The new solutions can be seen both at the exhibition stands of participants from 41 countries and within the framework of the Business Events Programme. Some topics have been dealing with the challenges and opportunities facing businesses in the new programming period 2014 – 2020.

Among the sectors with the strongest presence at the 69th International Technical Fair are machine building, construction, power engineering, ecology, electronics and electrical engineering due to the good development prospects of these industries. Mining industry, chemical industry and IT are also showing signs of recovery reflected in the growth of the respective specialized exhibitions.

Nearly 70 innovations, including 10 worldwide and 10 European innovative products, are exhibited by leading Bulgarian and foreign companies.

The number of trade visitors is expected to go beyond last year's 40,000 visitors from 49 countries.

For the First Time – Official Participation of India

For the first time, India, currently one of world's the most stable developing, is participating officially in the International Technical Fair. Twenty major Indian companies operating in the field of machine building, auto service equipment, construction, chemical industry and power engineering, have chosen the Autumn Fair in Plovdiv to display their products and seek business partners.

Indian companies show great interest to invest in Bulgaria, because that would provide opportunities to do business in the European Union at the lowest cost. Most attractive sectors are agriculture, pharmaceutical industry, real estate, manufacturing of agricultural machinery, wine production, textile, food processing industry, steel production, information technology, etc.
