New Bulgarian TV is the successor of Eurocom Bulgaria TV, owned by International Fair Plovdiv and broadcasting from the Congress Centre on the Fairgrounds as of April 2009. Modern studios, high-tech facilities and 24-hour programming with national broadcast coverage are but a small part of the NBT features.

NBT media policy aims to promote businesses and business life in the region and across Bulgaria, to sustain the principles for the domestic civil society in terms of programming and news broadcasted.

Among the most popular programming scheduled are the morning “First Shift” block and the morning “Catalogue” magazine programme, the daily “Direct” studio commentary, the “FairPlay” political programme, the “Capital” economic studio, the “Aqueduct” publicist project and many others.

NBT is rated as a balanced media with established position in the national broadcasting service. NBT journalists are detached and cover topical social, political and economic issues of Bulgarian life in respect of equality. Over the years, NBT authors and programming entries have been winners of various national and international prizes awarded in journalism and film mastership.
