International Fair Plovdiv allocates net indoor and/or outdoor exhibition area. Fractions of a square meter shall be charged as one sq. m.

The rental charge for the exhibition area covers a definite number of admission cards for exhibitors, as well as entries in the catalogue and information system (company address, telephone, fax, e-mail, up to two exhibition categories and text information up to 50 characters), website addresses to be published at the website of International Fair Plovdiv and one copy of the event’s catalogue.

The rental charge for the exhibition area does not cover the construction of stands and bungalows, graphic design, cost for the staff, cleaning of stands and bungalows, materials, and other services.
